I’m working on my photo project and wondered if you could tell me the story of a few things from your room 

Hoping to have some text to accompany the pic 
Welllll, I filled it with pics of friends from home and when they visited they got to see a bunch of pics they haven’t seen before. So we chatted a lot about the 7 years leading up to uni which was quite emotional but helped me feel a bit more settled in at uni knowing my mates were about. 

Also had all the girls chatting to me at one point or another in that room which I think solidified friendships 

Is there a story behind the microphone and Lego flowers??
Lego Flowers were from Alice for my bday and microphone I have never used so was optimistic bringing it

Also would you mind if I add something about the memorial card??

Would like to note your sash / tennis bag - what is the thing you remember the most from your bday?

And is the bag by the window actually a tennis bag haha
My birthday sash means a lot bc it was my first bday away from home and all my flat mates wrote some lovely messages in a card which I still have. Made me tear up at how lucky I was to have them
And the tennis bag was what I bought after Xmas thinking I’d get involved with more sports at uni but I never did in the end. Keeping it in hopes I get more involved in my 2nd year and try meet more people x
